Let the products do the talking.
These are products bought on results. Bilt Hamber sell to people who care a great deal about what a finish looks like afterwards, so the store strips back the content and lets high-quality imagery show the products in use.
Navigation is deliberately minimal so finding the right product for a job takes a couple of clicks, and the whole store was built for speed and for a layout that holds up equally well on a phone in a garage as on a desktop.

Most of this build is not the shop front.
Bilt Hamber ship single bottles to enthusiasts and pallets to trade accounts, from the same warehouse, on the same day. The store had to handle both without anyone doing sums in a spreadsheet, so a large part of the work sits behind the login.
Bilt Hamber manage stock from the site itself, export the full inventory, update quantities in bulk and get notified when a line runs low, so the store never sells something the warehouse cannot ship.
A built-in picking list and packing slip system, so warehouse staff work through the orders due for shipping without cross-referencing screens.
When an order gets large enough to need pallets, the system works out how many, at what weight, and produces a shipping quote. That used to be a phone call and a guess.
Worldwide shipping prices calculated automatically so the margin is never eaten by a bad estimate, with accurate delivery times, tracking for the customer, printable labels and collection requests when an order is ready.
Trade accounts sign in to their own pricing, so the same catalogue serves retail customers and trade buyers without running two stores.
Orders flow straight into their accounting and banking automatically, which removes a daily admin job and the errors that come with it.
An intuitive website experience.
The store is optimised for speed, so pages load quickly and nobody waits around to compare two products or read a spec. On a site where the buying decision is about detail, that matters more than it sounds.
It is fully responsive, and the content is structured so the experience is as clear on a phone as on a desktop. A good deal of this audience is looking something up mid-job, so the mobile experience is not a secondary consideration.
