A complete AI assessment and strategy, in a week.
- Two to three days of senior time inside your business
- Your full strategy about a week later
- Credited against your ongoing AI plan if you proceed

An AI readiness assessment of every part of the business.
How work actually flows
We map how a job really travels from first enquiry through to finished, including the workarounds nobody puts in the handbook.
Where the time goes
Who spends how long on what. The repetitive work, the rekeying, and the jobs that only happen because a tool cannot do them.
The tools you run on
Every system in use, what it does, what it only half does, and where two of them are doing the same job.
Your data, honestly assessed
Whether it is clean enough to build on. Most AI plans fall over here, so we would rather tell you early.
Opportunity register
Every candidate scored on return against effort, so the order is obvious rather than a matter of opinion.
What to automate, what to leave
Some processes should not be automated. We will say so, and say why.
System architecture
What gets built, what it connects to, and the screens people would actually use.
Security and approval gates
Where a human has to sign off, what the AI is never allowed to do on its own, and where your data sits.
Where the profit is
Which changes would make the business more profitable, by how much, and in what order to do them.
About a week, two to three days of it with us in your business.

A few daysWalkthrough and strategy
We take you through the findings, the order and the numbers, then hand the strategy over. Yours either way.

- What each one costs and savesDevelopment cost against annual saving for every item, so you decide on figures rather than a hunch.
- What to leave aloneThe processes that should stay human, and the ones where your data is not ready yet. We would rather say so early.

AI consultancy questions, answered honestly
What is an AI assessment and strategy?
A structured engagement that assesses how your business actually runs, then produces a complete AI strategy: where AI software development and AI integration would improve your operations, profitability and efficiency, what each change is worth, and the order we would deliver it in. We spend two to three days inside the business recording how work really happens, then about a week scoring, architecting and costing every opportunity.
How much does an AI assessment and strategy cost?
£995 plus VAT, one off. That covers a 45 minute kick-off call, two to three days of senior time inside your business, about a week of scoring, architecture and costing, and a 60 minute walkthrough. Proceed within 90 days and we take the £995 off your ongoing AI plan, so it has cost you nothing.
Why does an AI consultancy charge for an assessment when others do it free?
Because this is real work rather than a sales call. Two to three days of senior time, then about a week of scoring, architecture and costing on top. A free AI assessment is usually a questionnaire and a slide deck. Charging protects both sides: you are not committing to a programme nobody has scoped, and we are not quoting for a business we do not understand yet.
How long does an AI assessment and strategy take?
About a week end to end. Two to three of those days are spent with your team, about a week is our own scoring and costing work, and the rest is scheduling around your diary. You can usually start within two weeks of booking.
Who carries out the AI assessment?
Our senior team, the same people who would deliver the work afterwards. Not a researcher with a questionnaire and not an account manager. The person mapping your processes is the person who would architect the system.
What is included in an AI readiness assessment?
We map how work actually flows from first enquiry through to finished, where the time goes, which systems you run on and how they overlap, and whether your data is clean enough to build on. That last one matters more than most people expect, and it is where most AI projects quietly fail.
What do you get at the end of an AI strategy?
An opportunity register with every candidate scored on return against effort, a system architecture and integration plan, a phased roadmap with a development cost and an annual saving against each phase, and a note on data, security and approval gates. Plus your processes documented, which most businesses have never had in one place.
What if the AI assessment finds we should not do anything yet?
Then we will say so, and that is a useful answer for £995. Some processes should stay human, and some businesses are not ready because the data is not clean enough. You would far rather find that out now than three months into a programme of work.
How much of my team’s time does an AI assessment take?
Less than you would think. A 45 minute kick-off call, then two to three days where we sit with the people who do the work. We work around them rather than pulling everyone into workshops, and the scoring and costing happens entirely at our end.
How is an AI assessment different from your website audit?
The website audit looks at an existing website: design, speed, conversion and security. An AI assessment and strategy looks at how the whole business runs and where AI software development and integration would make it more efficient and more profitable. Different question, different outcome, and you can have either without the other.
What size of business is an AI assessment and strategy for?
Typically 10 to 200 people, though it is about complexity rather than headcount. If you run on several systems that do not talk to each other, pay per seat as you grow, or depend on a spreadsheet nobody dares touch, the strategy will pay for itself.
What happens after the AI strategy is delivered?
If you want to go ahead, the £995 comes off your ongoing AI software development plan and we start with whatever pays back first. If you want to sit on it, the strategy does not expire and nothing is chased.
Do you offer AI consultancy outside Essex?
Yes. We are based in Southend-on-Sea and work with businesses across the UK. The two to three days on site are the only part that needs us in the room, and we travel for those.
