What our clients say about us

I highly recommend the designbox team. They developed a stunning new brand for me from scratch and built my fantastic website. My target audience are digital agency owners, and I had amazing feedback from everyone. Within two weeks of launching the brand and site I recruited two new coaching clients and was invited to pitch for a significant annual coaching contract, so I am seeing fantastic return. I feel my brand is in the best hands it has ever been, and the ongoing support package is worth every penny. They really care about helping me grow my business.

Have been dealing with Brandon for our company website. He is so helpful, not only with any questions we have but also with advising on the creative side of things. Thanks so much!

We are new to working with designbox. They have created our website and set up our email accounts quickly and efficiently, making the whole process straightforward from start to finish. Brandon and Kon respond to questions extremely promptly and are always accessible, friendly, and helpful. I am very pleased with the service provided and look forward to working with them in the long term.

I have had the pleasure of working with designbox for nearly a year now. The team has done a fantastic job across all of our digital assets, spanning multiple websites, email marketing and digital collateral. Without exception, every member of the team has gone the extra mile, demonstrating real care and great attention to detail. They are highly responsive, efficient and cost effective, with client satisfaction at the heart of everything they deliver. I now very much view them as my extended marketing team, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Great hands-on service from start to finish. From idea generation, logo and branding through to a functioning website, the team were always on hand with suggestions and high quality implementation. Would happily recommend to all.

Very helpful and professional company with some of the most friendly and talented staff I've met. They made us a beautiful website and have been cooperative with any assistance that we've needed since. Would highly recommend!

designbox has provided excellent design services over the past five years. Their team has consistently demonstrated strong expertise, and I have been impressed with the quality of both their design and coding work. Communication has always been clear and timely. I highly recommend designbox for web design and marketing services.

designbox has been a fantastic partner and always willing to help.

We used designbox for a website revamp and they are currently looking after our marketing. A very professional, honest and friendly workforce. Enjoying working with them.

I have been working with designbox since July 2025 and the service I have received has been brilliant. designbox took on the SEO development of our entire site, including the migration of two sites and building out the content of the whole website. The process was daunting for me as a company owner, but the team managed it impeccably. Since October we have moved our hosting and general website maintenance over too, and the support alongside the SEO work has been a two pronged attack that has thrust our web presence forward enormously in a very short space of time.

I am very happy with their services. The team at designbox has supported us for many years and more recently we have redeveloped our website together and it has been a very smooth and stress free experience. Highly recommended!

designbox are a great team to deal with, very knowledgeable and capable web designers who I enjoy working with on behalf of some of our mutual clients! If you need a website or app designed for your company you can be safe in the knowledge your project is in the safest of hands.

designbox are a great company to deal with. Everything from web design to SEO.

We are delighted with the high quality of work, which was turned around quickly. We highly recommend without hesitation. Thanks to Kon.

The team at designbox are faultless. They were very professional, kept me in the loop, took a genuine interest in my niche, and developed a top-tier website in a short time frame.

I am happy to write an excellent review for designbox, that recently completed and supported building a new ecommerce website for me. The team of developers at this company was truly exceptional and provided outstanding service throughout the entire process. From the initial consultation with Tom to the final launch of the website, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. They took the time to understand my business requirements and worked diligently to create a website that was tailored to my specific needs. The website they built was not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional, with easy navigation and an intuitive user interface. Throughout the entire process, the team was responsive and communicative, keeping me updated on progress and addressing any concerns in a timely manner. Overall, I am thrilled with the work designbox has done for me and would highly recommend them.

I have used designbox for several years on web and design projects and they have always delivered great results and surpassed expectations.

Great company to work with. designbox built us a new website, along with designing some updated branding. Very impressed. Clients regularly comment on the website. They also manage everything for us, and on the very odd occasion we need an addition to the website or any kind of assistance, they are always on hand immediately. Definitely recommend. Thanks guys.

I have nothing but good to say about the team at designbox. Our business has only grown and expanded to the level it has reached due to the hard work and effort put in by the team, and I would wholeheartedly recommend working with Tom and his team. When I first started the business they happily built an overly impressive website, and from there I have also contracted them to take on both the Google Ads and SEO side of marketing. They have excelled in all aspects, always happy to put in the effort to adjust my marketing, help with my limited online knowledge and generally be of help with any advice. All of this at a fair cost, and I would highly recommend them for their highly skilled work.

Tom and the team at designbox have been absolutely superb. I sat down with Tom for a few hours, told him what we wanted to achieve, and within no time at all we had a mock up of our new site. After several months our new responsive website was live. Customers have been commenting on how fantastic, feature rich and easy to use it is. I cannot fault them at all and we will be working with them on many more projects in the future.

I own a few businesses and have multiple websites in the home improvement sector. I tried designbox and now wish they had created all my websites. Class outfit, great people and the best at what they do. The price of the website was made back in extra sales in the first week. I cannot praise them enough.

We have been working with designbox for quite some time and have found them to be a creative and forward thinking agency. I would definitely recommend them to any business, small or large. Thank you for your ongoing support!

Tom at designbox really took time to understand my business and brand to create a website I am really pleased with. Tom has also been generous with his time to help me to use it well to build my business. Clients and colleagues have been really complimentary about my site, and I really appreciate the support of the team in getting my business off to a great start.

We have been using designbox at our company for a few years, and it has been hassle-free and easy to use. The intuitive workflows make updating and managing our site easy. Highly recommended!

We are absolutely delighted with the service we receive from designbox, who manage my website and SEO among other things. They have helped us to grow the business over the last few years with a website to be proud of and a steady stream of new clients. Would highly recommend.

Great company to work with. They designed my company website and what a great job they have done. They understood what I was looking for and took the time to talk to me and listen to me. This company went the extra mile to get my website up and running.

The team at designbox have been a pleasure to work with. They made the whole process of building our website so easy and stress-free. The end result was exactly what we envisioned, and our clients have been raving about how professional it looks. Highly recommend designbox!

We have used companies to optimise our search engine results in the past without much success. Thanks to Tom and his team, we have been able to ditch our Google Ads account and run entirely with natural listings. Highly recommended!

designbox provided us with a very effective new website and have provided excellent customer service and support ever since.

designbox built and now maintain my website. Dan is now my main point of contact, he provides excellent support. Whenever I have any issues or need an update I know he is on hand. His responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my website is always functioning properly is truly appreciated. I would highly recommend this company. The quality of their work and their exceptional customer service make them really stand out. Thank you to the team at designbox for your support!

Highly recommend. Called designbox to see if they could help us with a website that kept crashing. Within 48 hours the website was transferred to them and fully functional again. Have gone above and beyond.

Tom and his team are fantastic to work with and are without a doubt the best web design, SEO and Google Ads company I have used. I highly recommend and they really will help you grow your business.

Super impressed with the speed and communication from designbox. Tom did an excellent job on making some amendments to an existing logo design I needed, and delivered exactly what I asked for very efficiently. I would 100% recommend and will be using again in future.

I found designbox to be a great service. They are very responsive and helpful and extremely good at what they do. I would definitely use them again.

Brilliant company, great staff who could not be more helpful! Highly recommend.

Tom and the team have been an integral part of my business since 2013. Due to Tom's amazing knowledge of all things web related I have now had three websites created by him. Not only that but his input on business development alongside branding and marketing has been invaluable. I have researched many web development firms for my various projects over the years and have never come across a team as passionate and skilled for such an amazing price. 100% would recommend to anyone who is serious about their business.

These guys are the best. I tried an alternative company because I was quoted on something I believed at the time to be expensive, but as the saying goes, you pay peanuts and you get monkeys. They turned around a website in five weeks and it was appalling. I pleaded with Tom at designbox to save my skin, and this man worked miracles and still continues to. They took the abysmal attempt by another firm at creating an e-commerce website, identified the issues, worked out why it was so slow, rejigged it, and are continuing to exceed my expectations. The whole team have been outstanding and I feel almost part of their business, working so closely with them. If I could give them six out of five stars I would.

Our website has been built and is running properly. Konstantin and Brandon from the development and support team have provided tremendous support for us, beginners without any tech background.

Since we moved to designbox we have had a great response to our new website, and more enquiries.

designbox completely saved my website and have created a completely unique website tailored to my needs. The support is second to none, nothing is ever too much to ask, and they go above and beyond to provide solutions or meet my design requirements. I have had nothing but great feedback from customers and the team are always at the end of the phone if we have any queries.

Excellent service, highly professional staff who are all more than happy to give an extensive insight into online marketing campaigns in a digestible, understandable presentation. We have since moved all of my online marketing over to designbox across multiple companies.

designbox have been brilliant in supporting us in both marketing and web development. The team have been reliable and efficient in everything they have done for us.
