The Rayleigh Club wedding and golf resort.
A venue like this sells on atmosphere, so the design leads with photography and gives the grounds room to breathe. Four reception suites, a golf course and a year-round events calendar all sit within one clear structure, so a couple planning a wedding and a society booking a round never end up in each other's way.

One venue, several very different visitors.
The Rayleigh Club serves a couple choosing a wedding venue, a golfer booking a tee time, a family arranging a wake and a company planning a Christmas party. Each arrives with a different question, so each has a clear route through the site rather than a shared compromise.
Every one of those routes ends the same way: an enquiry form, a phone number and a viewing request that are never more than a scroll away. It is a brochure site whose job is to generate bookings, and it is built that way throughout.
A brochure site that has to work like a booking engine.
Most enquiries here start months before a booking and involve a viewing, a brochure and a conversation. Each of these pieces exists to carry someone through that gap without losing them.
The venue is the product, so the design gets out of the way of it. Generous space, restrained type and photography given room to carry the atmosphere of the grounds.
Weddings, golf, occasions, accommodation and the restaurant all live under one roof. The mega menu lets someone go straight to their reason for visiting without reading past the other four.
Nobody books a venue they have not seen. Every suite, the grounds and real events have their own galleries, so a couple can picture their day before they ever arrange a viewing.
Wedding and party brochures are available as PDFs, which captures a detail-hungry enquiry at the exact moment interest is highest and gives the team something to follow up on.
Christmas parties, markets, golf societies and seasonal menus change through the year. The team adds and updates events themselves, so the site stays current without coming back to us.
Enquiry forms, phone numbers and viewing requests sit at every decision point, and each route through the site ends in a clear next step rather than a dead end.
