Designing for conversion, not just for looks.
All Clean London needed a website that matched their reputation as one of the capital's longest-standing commercial window cleaning specialists. The old site didn't reflect the calibre of their service, and it wasn't speaking to the people who actually buy it: office managers, facilities managers and procurement teams.
Without a site built for those decision-makers they were attracting the wrong enquiries and losing credibility at the first point of contact. So we built a lead generation site for the B2B sector, with features designed to qualify every enquiry and turn the right clients into long-term contracts.

Contact usFiltering out the wrong enquiries is as valuable as winning the right ones.
A residential enquiry costs the same to handle as a commercial one and is worth a fraction of it. Every feature here either qualifies a lead or proves credibility to a procurement team.
Built to streamline the enquiry process and capture detailed project requirements, turning the site into a procurement tool that works around the clock for national clients.
Their bespoke software integrated directly into the site, giving clients real-time visibility of scheduled cleans and a complete audit trail of their cleaning history.
ISO certifications, CHAS, SafeContractor and TrustMark built into the site architecture rather than tucked away, because procurement teams check these before anything else.
Dedicated location and sector pages improving visibility across London's commercial districts, so the site ranks for the specific searches that matter to their target clients.
A wide range of services across multiple sectors and access methods, organised so a facilities manager can navigate the full offering with ease.
A polished, modern interface that works as well from an office desktop as from a site manager's phone on a rooftop.

On Google's first page for over 1,700 searches.
We turned the site into a go-to guide for building owners and facilities teams, answering the questions they actually ask. Between January 2024 and January 2026, the number of searches showing it on Google's first page grew from 165 to over 1,700.

Twice the enquiries from Google Ads, at half the cost each.
We focused the ads on the specialist, high-value work All Clean is known for, and on the people who buy it: facilities, property and procurement teams.
From February 2025, every month beat every month of the year before. Clicks got cheaper, more of them came from the right buyers, and more of those buyers got in touch.
And it has held. In the twelve months to September 2026, enquiries from ads were still 94% higher than the same twelve months two years earlier.
