Every channel working in the same direction.
To lead the premium tanning market, The Sunshine Co needed more than isolated campaigns. We scoped a marketing strategy that began by building organic awareness and search rankings before the site launched, so the brand was already visible and credible by the time we scaled into paid media.
Google Ads gets people to their nearest studio and SEO builds long-term trust. Meta Ads carries the visual storytelling, and email keeps existing customers coming back.

The site had to do three jobs at once: sell minutes, sell product, and get people through the door of the right studio. Every feature below exists to remove a step from one of those journeys.
Customers select their local salon and buy 30, 60 or 90 minute tanning courses directly online, in a few taps.
A map and directory that finds studios across the South East, with opening times and contact details for each one.
The shop clearly separates standard and premium P9 packages, so the higher tier reads as the premium option it is.
Custom icons and technical breakdowns show off the features that justify the price, from aqua cool systems to sound.
A clean shop for professional creams and accelerators, which adds revenue through easy add-on sales.
The whole booking and shop journey is optimised for mobile, because that is where most of these decisions happen.
Sales from Google search are up 265% in two years.
Same season, two years apart. From February to August 2026, web sales from Google search were up 265% on the same months of 2024, and orders were up 253%.
That's growth that compounds. Every page and ranking we built in the first year kept earning in the second and third, so each season starts from a higher base than the last.

Email keeps customers coming back, and buying.
Email is where regulars come back to buy. People who arrive from one of our emails are about three times more likely to order than the average visitor.
Every send is planned around what customers actually want to hear about, so each email earns its place in the inbox instead of adding to the noise.

The studio experience, in their pocket.
We rebuilt the mobile app around one goal: take the friction out of booking. Customers buy minute packages, book sessions, track the minutes they have left and manage their account in a few taps.
The app now feels like a direct extension of the studio rather than a separate tool, which is what keeps people coming back and buying again.
Minutes and sessions bought in a couple of taps.
Remaining minutes and account history are always one tap away.
A clean, intuitive interface designed for how people actually book: quickly, on the move.
The app carries the same premium feel as the studios themselves.
